No, and that's deliberate. Each location gets its own AI receptionist and its own local phone number, so callers hear a local number and the AI knows which location they reached, its hours, and its service area. What's shared is the setup, the per-vertical tuning, and the bill.
How does volume pricing work?
Your first location or two are at standard plan pricing ($97, $297, or $497/mo depending on tier). From your 3rd through 10th location, each additional seat is 15% off. From location 11 onward, it's 25% off. Everything lands on one consolidated monthly invoice instead of separate charges per location.
Can each location be tuned for a different service or hours?
Yes. Each location's AI receptionist is configured independently — hours, services offered, routing rules, and vertical vocabulary can all differ by site, even though you're billed and managed as one account.
