Is there a free plan?
Yes. The Free Check runs 5 ChatGPT queries against your domain, one time, with no signup required. It's rate-limited to one check per IP per hour. For ongoing tracking you need a paid plan starting at $29/month. Run the free check now →
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. There are no contracts and no cancellation fees. Cancel in your dashboard and you keep access through the end of the current billing period. We don't bury the cancel button or make you email support.
Do you offer refunds?
If you're within 7 days of your first payment and haven't used most of your included queries, email hello@swiftapplab.com and we'll refund you. After that we don't offer prorated refunds on monthly plans, but you can cancel at any time to stop future charges. If something's broken on our end, email us and we'll make it right.
Can I add team members to my account?
Team seats are included starting on the Pro plan (up to 3 seats) and Agency plan (up to 10 seats). The Starter plan is single-user. Additional seats on any plan are $10/user/month.
Is API access included?
API access is included on the Agency plan. It gives you programmatic access to run checks, fetch historical scores, and export report data. Starter and Pro plans are dashboard-only. Custom API limits are available on annual contracts — email hello@swiftapplab.com.
