Is there a free plan?
Yes. Run the free check (no signup, 5 live ChatGPT queries), then create a free account — no credit card — to save your brand to a dashboard, see how to improve your score, and re-check once a week. Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. There are no contracts and no cancellation fees. Cancel in your dashboard and you keep access through the end of the current billing period. We don't bury the cancel button or make you email support.
Do you offer refunds?
If you're within 7 days of your first payment and haven't used most of your included queries, email hello@swiftapplab.com and we'll refund you. After that we don't offer prorated refunds on monthly plans, but you can cancel at any time to stop future charges. If something's broken on our end, email us and we'll make it right.
Can I add team members to my account?
Team seats are included starting on the Pro plan (up to 3 seats), the Agency plan (up to 10 seats), and Agency Plus (unlimited seats). The Starter plan is single-user. Additional seats on Starter, Pro, or Agency are $10/user/month.
What's the difference between Agency and Agency Plus?
Agency ($199/mo) covers up to 10 brands and 500 queries per run, with white-label PDF reports and API access. Agency Plus ($299/mo) is built for shops running a lot of clients: 25 brands, 1,500 queries, white-label reports scheduled and auto-sent to your clients, higher API rate limits, unlimited team seats, and a dedicated Slack channel with same-day support. Both are ChatGPT-only trackers — no content services on either.
Is API access included?
API access is included on the Agency plan, with higher rate limits on Agency Plus. It gives you programmatic access to run checks, fetch historical scores, and export report data. Starter and Pro plans are dashboard-only. Custom API limits are available on annual contracts — email hello@swiftapplab.com.
