How it actually runs

  • Day 1: you send a description. I reply within 24 hours with scope, stack, and a delivery date — not a discovery invoice.
  • Week 1: first installable build. You test on a real device, not in a slide.
  • Every 24–72 hours: a new build. Async updates via Loom and the task board.
  • Launch: store submission, deployment, monitoring. The repo has been yours the whole time.

Why the AI part is different here

  • I run four AI products in production — a voice receptionist, a ChatGPT visibility tracker, a lead-qualification agent, and a payments tool.
  • That means voice pipelines, tool-calling, evals, and cost control are things I've already debugged at 2am on my own dime.
  • Most dev shops are learning this on a client's budget right now. You can tell by whether they'll show you something they run themselves.

What I don't do

Brand and visual design. I'm an engineer, not a design studio. If you need identity work or high-polish UI craft, hire a designer for that part and bring me the Figma — I'll implement it faithfully and we'll both do the thing we're good at. I'd rather say this on the pricing page than three weeks into your project.

QUESTIONS

The ones founders actually ask

How fast can you ship an MVP?
Two weeks for a single-platform MVP with up to 5 core screens and one integration, QA'd and deployed to production. Cross-platform runs 4–7 weeks. You get builds to test throughout, not one delivery at the end.
Do you do brand and visual design?
No. I build the product — architecture, code, backend, deployment, and AI. If you need brand identity or high-polish visual design, hire a design studio and bring me the Figma. I work well alongside designers and implement their files faithfully.
Who actually writes the code?
I do. There's no bench, no offshore team, no account manager. That's why the timelines are short — and why capacity is limited.
What happens to the code if we stop working together?
You own the repository from day one. Your GitHub org, your deployment accounts, your infrastructure. There's nothing to hand over because you already have it.
Can you add AI to a product we already have?
Yes — it's the most common request. Voice agents, intake and qualification, document workflows, support automation, wired into an existing codebase. I ship my own AI products in production, so it isn't a first attempt on your budget.

Send me what you're building.

A paragraph is enough. You'll get scope, stack, and a delivery date back within 24 hours — from me, not a form autoresponder.
